These technology accessories will allow the students to be successful. These headphones will allow the students to work at their own pace on multiple types of tasks such as allowing students with learning disabilities to have the Chromebook read the text to them. It will allow students that speak a different language to have the text read to them in the language they fell most comfortable. It will allow all students to work at their own pace on activities so that they are not distracted by the sound from a classmates Chromebook. These technology accessories will allow the students to be successful by allowing students to have improved access to educational materials regardless of the socio-economic status of the student. The mice will allow student to easily highlight text for the read aloud option on Chromebooks. The mice will also allow students to scroll, double click and copy and paste easier. For some students, the mouse pad on a Chromebook is difficult to operate. The mice will allow students with dexterity issues to have an option to help them access their educational materials easier. This will give my class a class set of headphones and mice that will allow all students access to the tools for success.
