The classroom is a 7th and 8th grade learning community. Along with working on content area curriculum, we focus on improving social skills and self awareness skills. Our classroom delivers the school afternoon snack to every classroom, in the school building, in order to improve the students' social interactions. We also run a small caf, out of our classroom, to encourage positive social interactions, additionally.
