Adding STEM bins to my classroom will support my students' innovative thinking skills. Using math manipulative and creative materials, third graders will engage in STEM challenges while working independently, with a partner, or even in small groups! STEM and literacy will support engagement, achievement, and critical thinking skills! What better way to help close the opportunity gap than to get resources into the hands of curious learners! Students will grow their communication and information processing skills through a weekly subscription to TIME for Kids! Growing a love for informational text is at the heart of third grade. Please help my scholars learn in engaging ways!
