"Orchestra is Wonderful" is the statement one of my "angels" secretly wrote on my whiteboard several years ago. Over the years, I have been impressed with the enthusiasm, heart, and open mindedness Manor students have brought to Orchestra. Most Manor ISD do not had extensive exposure to classical music, but they show an ability embrace many kinds of music and to make it their own. Manor ISD is a rapidly growing, diverse district that encompasses approximately 100 square miles and includes addresses in Austin, Manor, and Elgin Texas. It serves over 8,700 students. Many students come from bi-lingual household and have free or reduced lunch.
