My project is intended to allow students to play songs to their fullest potential. Many songs can be enhanced by the addition of percussion instruments, everybody loves a good beat! More instruments means that more students can be actively involved in the creation of music. Students will also be able to try out and gain expertise in a wider variety of percussion instruments. Furthermore, I have a brave student playing the tuba, but they would greatly benefit from a tuba stand to both support the weight and to maintain correct playing position. Hopefully, a tuba stand will also make this instrument more attractive to play without the worry of not being able to hold properly without struggling.
