I am a second year teacher at Hilo High School and am eager to help my students gain a passion for learning. Hilo High is a Title I school with over 1,000 students, the majority being of ethnicity. Roughly 60% of students have internet access at home and 65% receive free or reduced lunch. Bringing technology into my classroom will bring the subjects to life and bring an interest that book work alone cannot do.
