When you ask most middle schoolers what is their favorite subject, most would not place social studies as number one... but not my scholars! My sixth graders are anxious to dive in the stories of the past that help shape the events of today. They are a group of diverse learners, from various backgrounds and they all possess unique abilities. Every day it is my desire to create an atmosphere where all students reach success! I strongly believe all students, no matter where they are, where they come from, what they have or don't have, can excel and grow.
