I teach at a school with significant poverty and high diversity. Many of my students come from rough backgrounds and get very little support at home. All of my students except 1 are on free and reduced lunch. Despite their limitations, they have such a desire for learning and growing. They come to class prepared and ready for the day. They absolutely love using technology, however, our access to it is limited. Many of my students do not have internet at home. Using the internet for educational purposes is a foreign concept to many of my students. They need the exposure to this technology to help prepare them for the world.
