I work in a very high poverty school, but they love to learn. Over the past four years, my school has been able to bring their test scores up into the good rating. This is because of the environment that they teachers at my school have created. We are what is called a "personalized learning" school. We believe that students can learn better if they are allowed to have voice and choice in everything that they do. This includes the places in which they sit around the classroom. My students thrive on love and attention and that is what they receive in my school. We provide them a safe environment where they can come to learn.
