As a special education teacher, it is vital that I am able to remain organized and to also teach my students to remain organized. Almost daily I struggle because they do not bring the necessary materials to class. Monthly, I am given one ream of paper, and five pencils or pens, when they are available; this makes it nearly impossible for my classroom to function without providing these things on my own. By giving my students basic materials, like pens, pencils, folders, and paper, we are able to provide them with basic necessities that all students need to be successful.

About my class
