I teach first grade in a priority district. Our students are energetic, excited about school, and ready to learn. They come to school smiling each day and can't wait to hear about what we are going to be doing during our time together. Our school has a high population of free and reduced lunch students, as well as a very diverse population of families. We encourage and receive support from our families in the form of volunteerism, donated time, and community involvement, and our parents are very invested in their child's education.

About my class
