My classroom is made up of a diversity of learners. The materials donated to our classroom will help my students gain their independence while promoting good behavior, and enhancing the learning environment. Flexible seating will allow my students to move, bounce, rock, or even stand-up. This will increase the student's metabolism and burn excess energy. The movement also increases the oxygen to the brain. Students in my classroom would benefit from sitting on the Beanbag chairs for the comfort. The Wobble and Balance Ball will be very beneficial to my active students. Being able to move will increase their higher academic performance. Having a high top table will be perfect for my taller students that already like to stand up behind their desk. This table will also allow them to stand and move around while performing tasks. I think all the students will love the Surf Portable Lap Desk. As a teacher, I am always researching the best methods to further my students' education, while meeting the needs of each student. I am most excited about the opportunity for students to enhance their education in an environment that they can choose.
