Hi! I'm Jackie Gianelli and I teach 2nd grade at Greenway Park Elementary School. We are a Title 1 school with many underprivileged children. I want to give them the opportunity to move their bodies while still being able to learn. Exercise balls and other materials provide my students with the chance to focus on their learning and not on fidgeting and needing to move during class. I want them to have the opportunities that might not be a privilege in their home life. We have been working with some exercise balls in the classroom, but do not currently have enough, this funding would allow me that chance to provide more so that each student has their own. I want my classroom to be an equal opportunity classroom where everyone is receiving the same chance to learn. Please help us fundraise money to purchase items to better our classroom environment!!
