Providing engaging learning materials for active students can often be a challenging task in a world dominated by technology. All children do not learn in the same manner. As educators , it is our job to find new and exciting ways to meet the needs of our 21st century learners.
Using the requested materials, I can build these interactive learning binders to assist students in their day to day learning. Kindergarten students come to school with many different experiences, background knowledge and unique gifts and talents. Interactive learning binders provide children with hands-on opportunities to learn kindergarten standards and essential, developmentally appropriate skills. The interactive learning activities allow students to practice skills already taught to foster confidence and independence. Each of the interactive learning binders highlights skills, such as patterns, counting, number identification, letter identification and matching skills. Giving students the ability to manipulate the materials further engages their minds and motivates them to want to learn more!
