This kit will allow my students to program these robots. In the current education system, 21st century skills are in high demand for students advancing in school. Coding in the classroom helps students develop problem solving skills, colloboration skills, use 21 century skills, and develop sequence skills. For example, students will use iPads to connect to the Wonder Dash app. This allows students to learn how to code in a basic way. From there, students can become more novice coders with how they program the Dash and Dot. This also allows students to work with various peer members in our classroom. This aids in colloboration which is a soft skill that will be used their entire life. This also lends to student engagement.
