My students are our future. Our classroom is very diverse. We are a special education classroom consisting of students in kindergarten through second grade with mild to moderate disabilities. We are motivated and eager to learn. The majority of us are visual and kinesthetic learners. We learn by touching, seeing and doing. We are mainstreamed into general education classes for the majority of our day but come to the learning center to receive extra help in math and language arts. Our school is located on a military base, and we are the children of active duty military members, who frequently deploy and move every three years.
