Students will spend time learning whole group in the front of the room where the Smartboard is! Right now all I have is some carpet space. I would love to fill this carpet space with a nice classroom rug. Each student will have their own square to sit in, making their learning space their own! This carpet is great to manage each students space! It makes it great for partner talks and small group sharing as well! With this rug each student will know exactly where to go during whole group learning time. This will create more time for instruction and less time for students to play around. They will be way less likely to be in each others space and more likely to be engaged in the lesson!
