Although I haven't met my students yet, I have driven around the community surrounding my school. I have seen pictures from the previous school year and have met a few students in passing during registration. My campus is a Title 1 campus which serves a diverse background of students. These students need every opportunity and advantage available to ensure their success throughout their schooling career. My classroom will be a space where students feel safe, secure, confident, and respected. I want them to view our classroom as a second home.
