I work with kindergarten imagineers in a city with one of the highest crime rates in the nation. In a high trauma community, school is a rare place where young people are able to interact with peers and learn about friendship, communication, conflict resolution, and what it means to be an exemplar student and caring member of a community. My passion is to support our classroom community in building strong social skills, resilience, and a lifelong love for learning. With an indomitable foundation, our students will become masterful scholars capable of transforming the world beyond our wildest dreams.
