My students are all first grade girls who have a passion for learning. They are fresh out of kindergarten and ready to move on to bigger and better things. My class (and our school), unlike others in the Atlanta area, is very diverse, which allows the students to interact with different cultures on a daily basis. Our school teaches single-gender classes starting at kindergarten and progressing through eighth grade. The students are taught Mandarin Chinese (daily) as a part of our standard curriculum in hopes of fully developing a second language. We are also an IB school, so we teach our students how to be internationally-minded, working together in small groups, helping to make the world a better place - one day and one student at a time!
