My students come from diverse backgrounds from the Seattle area. The student body at my school is made up of about about 95% kids of color and about 70% of the students qualify for free or reduced priced lunch. My classrooms are always filled with the at-risk students to the college bound robotics nerds. The kids are what make my job great because they have genuine care for not only for each other but for their teachers as well. The students help make my classroom fun and a place where you must be constantly be on your toes.
