I have a various group of wonderful students with a range of physical disabilities and needs. My position as the Adapted PE specialist is to teach my students how to use their bodies, despite some physical limitations they may have. I strive to help strengthen them physically, mentally, and emotionally. My program focuses on learning how to adapt various sports to individual needs and increase their knowledge on the importance of health, fitness, and nutrition in their every day lives.
