For some students this will be their first learning experience. Kindergarten is where students learn to build relationships, routines, and a love for learning. Due to the pandemic, kindergarten will look different with the CDC guidelines and social distancing. Therefore, it is important to create fun and innovative ways to help students foster learning experiences. These supplies will help students be engaged and support learning using fun hands on materials whether at home or school. I want my students to have opportunities to learn and play while being safe and maintaining social distancing. Students will be able to use their creative minds to draw, write, and build to showcase what they are learning . Additionally, students will also be able to participate in whole group activities using lap boards, manipulatives, and games whether working at home or school. Students will have the materials to meet individual needs while building strengths to have successful school year.
