Being a teacher is no easy job, but I could not see myself doing anything else. My students and I face many obstacles and challenges, but we work to overcome them each day. I currently teach in Philadelphia, at an urban school located in the West Philadelphia area. My 20 students are energetic and ready to learn! They come into my classroom with different personalities and backgrounds, but each has a special place in my classroom. Our school is a place where students thrive academically, care for one another, and contribute to a safe and supportive learning and social environment. We support one another!
