Our students depend on our school library as a place to print their assignments. I sheepishly have to say "no," when students regularly ask if we have a color printer. It's embarrassing to admit we don't have the resources they need. All students deserve access to the materials they need to present their best work. A color printer will allow them to turn their projects in, full of pride in their work. Making color printing available will be a helpful step in providing equitable access to resources in the library. All students deserve to turn in their best, proudest work, whether they have technology resources at home or not.
