The toolboxes will house the locks, the pens, and materials necessary to "breakout." They will complete a series of tasks that culminate in a final challenging task. The review activities will be hands-on, thought provoking and require higher-level thinking skills. No two breakouts are the same so this activity can be used over and over. By purchasing 7 sets of breakout materials, this will allow us to use this innovative technique with even the largest of classes. Currently we have a set that the entire county uses. They are worn and difficult to schedule when needed. This project will allow us to have a set just for our school. The possibilities are endless with this activity as long as we have the materials we need! You can help my students enjoy English class!
