Funding for art supplies would be a great help for my special education students. Education in the arts produces a broad spectrum of benefits, from fine motor skills to improved emotional balance. With your donation towards watercolors, paintbrushes and paint, you will play a key role in enhancing their curriculum, in stimulating my student's minds. The development of a child’s artistic literacy has a reach simply beyond achieving grade-level proficiency on assessments. Encouraging a young child to develop his or her love of creating art opens an entire new world--an avenue for self-empowerment. With just some watercolors and paper, you help these children find joy in their classroom learning.
