Hello, My name is Ms. Davis and this coming school year will mark my 5th year as a public educator. I have taught in impoverished areas my entire teaching career and I am currently attending grad school at Capella University in order to become the professional, effective educator my students need for me to be. From engaging in the various grad courses at Capella, one thing has been made clear to me-technology is a great way to differentiate instruction and reach all students as a means to help them learn, understand, and reach their full potential. Because of the realizations made on my journey towards reaching my goal, I am now taking strides to put into practice what I am learning. Technology takes away barriers that low socioeconomic students often face during their educational careers.
