I chose to teach in the Bronx because this is where I grew up. I understand how itmportant it is for inner city students to have quality teachers who care. I currently teach sixth grade seventh grade Mathematics in an Integrated Co-Teaching classroom model. Some of my students receive special needs services, such as counseling, speech therapy,and resource room. They each have varying strengths and weaknesses. However, they are equal in their desire to achieve the most out of life.

About my class
