I have amazing students. I teach 7-9th grade boys. I am in a school with a relatively low socioeconomic level of students. Funding, especially for P.E. is very low. Regardless of this my students thrive and work so hard. I have a high Latino population in the school and they have a passion for soccer. I have tried hard to integrate their interests into my classes. My school is amazing and really works hard to support teachers, but in order to keep CORE classes with low numbers I have 45 to 55 students in each p.e. class. I would describe the attitude of my students toward physical education as excited and open minded. We try new things each year and constantly make changes to become better.
