I am a first year teacher on the West Side of Chicago, where 97.5% of the students are low income, and I am excited about creating an aesthetically vibrant classroom for my students. I want to create an atmosphere where students enter the learning space and never want to leave; where the energy of the room aids their motivation to learn. So, I need your resources! I need your help! I am asking for donations for independent reading books, pencils, pencil sharpeners, glue, caddies, notebook paper, folders, cleaning supplies, chart paper, dry erase markers, sharpie markers, plants, rugs, prizes, pillows, curtains, and curtain rods to name a few. These donation can contribute to the transformation of kids' lives, and consequently their communities. Please support this journey.
