Thank you for visiting my projects and helping in my student's achievements through your donations. I was raised in New Haven, CT all my life and attended inner city public schools. I saw the struggles my own teachers would go through. They could hardly afford any materials for any school project, but they were such an inspiration for me in the classroom. Growing up in a bad, drug infested neighborhood my teachers were my light and I always looked up to them. This is why I decided to go into teaching. I love my students and I appreciate working with young people because I can see the capacity and potential that is truly inspirational. It is that energy that has me seeking out opportunities to help them achieve that potential by encouraging their capacity through these projects. Unfortunately, inner city schools have the reputation of being poorly funded but with your help we can make dreams come true. Thank you!
