Reading is fundamental! Reading takes you places. Your contribution to this project will allow books of all genres to be displayed in a warm, inviting, place. My students will have the opportunity to view and read over 500 books that are already in my possession but lacking a proper home. With these bookshelves, the books could be sorted into categories of interest to students rather than stored away in a box due to lack of space. The shelves will be placed in a high visibility area within my classroom for students to enjoy and read at their leisure called the reading corner.
