These materials, including backdrops and scripts, will help our students as they embark on our school's inaugural year as a school of the visual and performing arts. My theatre students will experience the performing arts in grades kindergarten through sixth grade through readers' theater, puppetry, and one act plays. Students will be challenged to think creatively, communicate and collaborate with others, develop critical thinking skills, compassion, and confidence all while learning about culture and history. All of these skills will be valuable to them as they learn to apply them to all facets of life both inside and outside of the classroom in order to become successful students and citizens of society.

About my class
