I teach a variety of students ranging from Pre-AP to General Ed to Special ED and limited English proficient students. My students learn at different levels but have two things in common. They love technology and creating while they are learning. We are a one to one campus and students use technology where they can learn at their own pace. However, being a Title 1 school, many of my students can't access technology at home. Therefore, I use interactive journals in my classroom, where the students are able to keep everything at their fingertips. However, the students love the colorful projects we create they are able to refer to when technology is unavailable to them. I am very proud of my scholars and they are very proud of themselves. Not every school offers this opportunity for their students and I would love to give them every opportunity to succeed.
