My first graders are full of energy and excitement! They are engaged in activities, but tend to blurt out or talk over one another. When a problem arises, some have been struggling with how to work through it without arguing, name calling, or getting upset. A few of the stories I am requesting have been read to my students this year by our Principal or Behavior Specialist and I have seen a positive impact on the students. I am excited to have these stories in our classroom so at any time we might see these behaviors, we can read, discuss and review the expectations.
