My students are outstanding students who are enrolled in a magnet high school that has a medical infusion which introduces students to healthcare professionals and health related hands-on experiences. My students come from one of the highest poverty cities in the state of New Jersey. Some of my students' parents have difficulty providing them with the basis necessities; therefore, many of my students lack the technological tools to complete assignments. Most of my students have very few opportunities to travel to different places and experience worldly cultures. My students are intrigued by the Chinese culture and eager to learn the language.
