L Elementary School is an awesome place to learn! It is home to 430 elementary students in pre-k through 5th grade. If you visit us you will find wonderful students, fabulous parents, and a staff so dedicated they stay late every week to write lesson plans with their team. We have a family night once a month for families to come and see what their students are doing at school and to see how parents can help at home. Student achievement goals focus on literacy and math. School climate and safety are promoted through PBIS. We also use Cool Tools, which are videos of our students doing their job and making good choices. All classrooms have community time in the morning to build a sense of community in the classroom and in the school as a whole.
