21st century readiness is what my students deserve as a right not as a luxury. 21st century skills are needed in this world education, my students would benefit from this technology greatly. First, in September 2019, I will be welcoming a beautiful bunch of beautiful minds, this will there first time be exposed to the nature of state testing. State testing for the state of NJ requires all students to use an electronic device and use of this device, students have to know how to function a this device in a timely manner. Last year my beautiful minds had to use this technology, the state testing was uploaded to in its entity. What I noticed during testing, my students are in need of 21st century readiness by process of having students engaged in technology devices daily with focus on how to use technology timely. Test taking techniques and strategies are key so that students can due their best in a timely manner instead of time consuming searching for keys to make best responses. Students can do great with 21st century tools to advance students technology skills so that can make best responses for testing for they to can succeed and receive better test scores on state test which follows students. Giving my students 21st century tools will bring my students back to making great ideas for their future and school community of Paterson, NJ.
