Saint Clair High School is a rural school district in Saint Clair, Missouri. Saint Clair is in a high poverty area, with over 55% of our students receiving free and reduced lunch. Our goal is to foster a love of reading through creating a warm, inviting space in the library. Reading is often not a high priority in their homes. We have reorganized our library bookshelves to create a more open space. We have also genre-fied the library to assist our students in finding books they are interested in.
