“If you've met one person with autism, you’ve met one person with autism,” Dr. Stephen Shore. This is true of my students. My 6 students are all on the autism spectrum and have many different needs concerning communication, behavior, and sensory. My goal is to teach my students how to communicate to the best of their ability and to socialize with their peers, while focusing on academics and daily living skills. I push them to be as independent as they can be in all aspects of their lives.
