Having a resistance band at home will allow each student to follow along on a LIVE class. This will bring a feeling of cohesiveness to the kids, who are not able to feel the camaraderie of working together to push and encourage one another in class. How will a resistance band help to bond with their classmates? The resistance bands are bright yellow, and they can watch each other struggle through learning the strength exercises together. Seeing everyone has the same "equipment" will help the students feel a part of something bigger as they navigate the anatomy and physiology of California PE standards.
