This carpet will provide a safe learning environment for all of my students. First and foremost, my students will be able to sit comfortably at carpet time, which is an essential part of our day. Core reading and phonics instruction is predominately taught at the carpet. This spacious carpet along with the symmetrical design will help me to determine the best seating arrangement in regards to safety. My student will also be able to utilize this carpet during independent learning and center time, due to its flexible seating options. This carpet will be a welcomed addition to our classroom environment for years to come.
