We are a 2nd grade class at a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) school in Texas. All 38 students are involved in daily science and engineering experiences. In 2nd grade, we introduce the scholars to the engineering design process and help them become confident and creative thinkers. We want to give the scholars experiences with materials and systems that help them expand their ideas about the world around them.
