This is a Site-Based Special Education classroom. It services students from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Due to the classroom's high staff support it is designed to support students with a variety of disabilities with various degrees of severity. The classroom supports students with high visual aides, a variety of sensory supports and regulation materials and lots of movement breaks to get the "wiggles" out. This is the second program of its kind in our area. This is the first year this classroom has been opened and we are hoping to be able to provide for the sensory and movement needs of our incoming students next year.

About my class
