I work with students who have all different types of behavioral problems. I don't look at my students differently and I treat them as they will be successful in whatever they do. My students often get forgotten as they aren't placed as high of a priority as the other students. I want my students to get the same opportunities as all the students in the school. I encourage them daily to be the best they can and that's all I ask of them. I work with grades K-2 which means I have a variety of ages as well as academics to teach. I am the only self contained teacher in my building. My students are wonderful students even when they are having a full blown tantrum because they all need love during those times. I provide a safe and engaging environment for my students.
