Students are clamoring for the opportunity to talk about the here and now and how it is affecting them. This book is rooted in the exploration of racism and antiracism in America in an approachable, meaningful and empowering way for secondary students. These books will go to the inaugural class of our Ethnic Studies Social Justice Academy to provide guidance and a foundational perspective on race to guide their work as advocates of social change in our community and society.
