My students are amongst the top in every class. We have many future leaders in our program that only thrive in our band program, but in our overall school environment as well. Our program consistently grows in numbers and we only have a 3% drop out rate in our band. I feel that this is exceptional, and next year we will have close to 240 students in our program with a total school enrollment of 1,595 students. Our school is currently getting a much needed facelift with new construction to replace our current facility. We have been in the current building since 1969 and new construction is due for completion in 2020. We will then enjoy a new fine arts building, but will have to move old chairs,stands and other furniture with us. I'm hoping to start the process of replacing these needed articles now so we can feel "brand new" in our new facility. The school environment to our band program is extremely positive. My students are "Rock Stars"!
