Our school works with a low budget. This year, each classroom teacher was given a $300 budget for the upcoming year for materials. As you know that does not go far in meeting the needs of our students. We need to be creative in our school on how to secure additional funding to meet the needs of our learners. Our students are imaginative and creative yet lack problem solving ability. We need to secure more materials to spark their imagination, creativity, and problem solving skills. Our students come from an impoverished area with little emphasis put on education outside the classroom. The majority of our students are not exposed to educational materials at home.

About my class
