Staying organized in the primary grades can be difficult but definitely achievable. With the help of Donorschoose, a printer would be a wonderful addition to my room. Running to the office to make a few copies wastes instructional time. If the printer is in the room, we just need to quickly make a copy and go right back to work. There are times students lose papers that they might need as a reference sheet so now I can easily make a quick copy. The literature organizer is for all the Thinking maps, graphic organizers, and publishing paper we use on a daily basis. Students can access the desired paper by themselves without interrupting the teacher. It's never too early to teach young children the importance of staying organized and ready to learn!
